Project objective: The main objective of the research is to determine how different skills sets affect individuals labor market opportunities. The studies are expected to fill critical knowledge gaps on the role and demand for different types of skills sets in the labor market and assist in the design of tailored education and training policies to boost employability and productivity. 
Research design: The study consists of three components: 1) workforce development and policy assessment 2) survey with firms 3) nationally representative household survey.
Output: Database and final report.
