Attitudes towards the Judicial System in Georgia

Project objective: The main research objective is to conduct a study to assess the knowledge and attitudes of the adult population of Georgia, legal professionals and business leaders about the judicial system in Georgia and compare the results with the baseline studies conducted in 2011 and 2012; thus, to contribute to the JILEP program evaluation.



Research design: nationwide public opinion survey, focus group discussions with general public, court users and legal professionals; in-depth interviews and a mini-survey with legal professionals and business leaders.
