Survey on Migration in Armenia
The CRRC-Armenia office is currently conducting a nationwide survey on labor migration in Armenia. The sample size is composed of 4000 respondents, including 2600 potential migrants and 1400 returning migrants (18-50 years old). The survey is funded by European Training Foundation (ETF) and has already been conducted in Moldova before its start in Armenia, Georgia and Morocco in late 2011.

CRRC Launching a New Nationwide Survey in Azerbaijan
With generous support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), the CRRC-Azerbaijan office has launched a new nationwide survey. The survey will include questions on social capital, gender and media issues in Azerbaijan.

CRRC will be a Host Institution under OSF’s Think Tank Fund Internship Program
Beginning next year, CRRC will be one of several host organizations for Open Society Foundation’s new program - Think Tank Internships for MA and PhD Graduates. The program is for citizens of Central and Eastern European, Western Balkan and the South Caucasus countries who are MA and PhD graduates and had received OSF Scholarships in 2009, 2010 or 2011, or graduated from the Central European University after 2009. Internships will commence from January 2012 and last up to six months, depending on the research topic and its scope.

Presenting Social Cohesion in Armenia
CRRC-Armenia has recently completed a nationwide survey on Social Cohesion in Armenian Society. This project is the first comprehensive study on the subject in Armenia and was completed within the frame of UNDP’s project, "Enhancing Dialogue and Trust Building in Armenia". The project included a nationwide survey with 3,170 respondents, in-depth and expert interviews and focus groups to identify ways to improve the situation regarding social cohesion in the country.

CRRC Azerbaijan – Survey of Assistants to Members of Parliament
The Caucasus Research Resource Center in Azerbaijan conducted a survey of Assistants to Members of Parliament (MPAs) in July-September 2011. This is the third MPA survey conducted by CRRC-Azerbaijan within the framework of the “Parliamentary Program in Azerbaijan” funded by DAI Inc. since 2009.

New Report: How Does the South Caucasus Compare?
CRRC’s report “How Does the South Caucasus Compare?” aims to put attitudes towards gender in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, the three countries of the South Caucasus region, into a global context. Comparing data from the Pew Research Center’s Global Attitudes Project 2010 with that of the CRRC’s Caucasus Barometer (CB), the report shows that on several crucial questions of gender equality, there are significant cleavages between the South Caucasus neighbors.

World Values Survey in Armenia
CRRC has started implementing the 2011 World Values Survey in Armenia with financial assistance from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
